It is Otagifs (collectively, the “Otagifs Services”) policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites, applications, or services. Personal Information Otagifs Collects About You

- We use your email address to communicate with you, including to notify you of major Otagifs Services updates, for customer service purposes, or to contact you regarding any content that you have posted to or downloaded from the Otagifs Services.
Third Party Disclosure

Children’s Privacy - COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under 13.

Otagifs reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time (for example to reflect updates to the Otagifs Services or to reflect changes in the law). Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for those changes. Your continued use of the Otagifs Services after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. We will not materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of personal information collected in the past under a prior version of the Privacy Policy without the consent of affected individuals
